OURFARM is a B2B online platform that provides fresh produced items direct from the farm. The buyers will get to enjoy the best quality produce and price based on their need. OURFARM will take part in the end-to-end process from sourcing right until delivery.

I'M A SELLER

What should I do if I am interested to become a farmer to supply fresh produce via OURFARM?

You may send us an email at moo@ourfarm.asia and our acquisition team will be in touch with you within two (02) working days to assist you with the onboarding process.

How do I set up and upload my products on OURFARM platform?

Upon successful registration to become a Seller with OURFARM, a Relationship Manager will be assigned to you to provide a simple onboarding training and to take care of your overall requests.

How do I check the payment status of orders completed and supplied to OURFARM?

You may reach out to our Relationship Manager for assistance.

I'M A BUYER

How do I register as a Buyer at OURFARM?

You may sign up as a buyer with OURFARM from our website (LINK). Once your account is activated, you may start making your orders.

(Note: To ensure that our Buyers get the best value from the Sellers, we only accept bulk purchase with minimum quantity.

Does OURFARM offer credit terms for buyers?

Yes, credit terms option is available and will be offered to eligible buyers upon successful credit evaluation.

Note : 

In the event of late payment, OURFARM shall impose a late payment fee of two percent (2%) per month, to be added to the total amount due by the customer.

How can I apply for a credit term for my company?

You may indicate your interest to apply for credit terms during account registration to become a Buyer with OURFARM. Alternatively, you may submit a request to us via credit@ourfarm.asia. Once we have received your application, you shall be informed via email on our simple credit evaluation procedure through a Relationship Manager assigned to you.

Credit term application process:

Do I need to submit any documentation to support my credit terms application?

Yes. Our Relationship Manager will request you to provide the following documentations in order for us to perform a credit evaluation on your company.

  1. Business Registration Form / SSM (Form 9, Form 24 & Form 49)
  2. Company Bank Account Statement (name and account number must be visible)
How do I check the credit terms and eligibility for my Company?

Upon successful completion of credit evaluation, you will be informed via email on the status of your credit account and eligibility. Alternatively, you may log in to your account on OURFARM.asia to check your credit terms details.

Do I enjoy better pricing if I make immediate payment and not take the credit terms option?

Definitely. You will enjoy the best price value if your orders are completed with immediate payments either via credit card or FPX (Online Bank Transfer).

I would like to make a purchase. How do I start?

Firstly, you would need to sign up an account with OURFARM to become a Buyer. Once your Buyer account has been activated, you may login and proceed to select your choice of items and quantities. Then, proceed to schedule your delivery based on your preferred timing and complete your order by making the final payment (according to your selected payment mode).

How do I check my order status once I have completed a purchase?

How can I share my feedback or get assistance once I have registered to become a buyer with OURFARM?

Upon signing up as a buyer, you will be assigned a Relationship Manager who will take care of your needs and enquiries.

How much is the delivery charge for one order?

The fee varies according to the areas of delivery and logistic partners engaged to fulfil your order. The fee (if applicable) will be indicated at the checkout page when you place your order.

What is the delivery coverage area for OURFARM?

Currently, OURFARM provides delivery service to addresses within Klang Valley ONLY.
